MY STORY
I co-anchor Local 4 News This Morning and FOX 18 Morning News covering the Quad Cities area in Iowa and Illinois. I'm passionate about delivering news that matters to our viewers with energy, professionalism, credibility and creativity.
I started my news broadcasting career at FOX34 in Lubbock, TX. During my six years there, I gained experience anchoring, reporting, writing, editing and producing.
Outside of the newsroom you can find me serving the community. I volunteer for local non-profits and emcee a number of charitable events. When I'm not working or volunteering, you can find me at the gym, church, cooking and spending time with family, and loving on my mini-chiweenie Wendy.
I was born and raised in rural Iowa. I discovered my love for public speaking and creative production at a young age. Home-movies grew into theater performances that evolved into getting a degree in Electronic Media at the University of Northern Iowa.
